Everything cinema operations actually need

Built ground-up for the workflows that run a real screen room — not a generic POS bolted onto film.

Modern ticketing & seat selection

Drag-to-pick seat maps, multi-channel sales (web, mobile app, kiosk, counter), Pix and card payments, instant refunds. Sub-second seat locks across channels.

Multi-screen programming

Schedule sessions across rooms, propagate slot changes in one click, automated recommendations from historical demand and weekend patterns.

Concession & F&B point-of-sale

Combo bundling, kitchen display system, real-time inventory tracking, automatic supplier reorder. Touch-optimized for counter and self-service kiosks.

Real-time operations dashboard

Live occupancy, revenue, staff productivity per room. Daily, weekly, and per-title reports. Export to NFC-e, NFSe, and accounting systems out of the box.

Built on the Koder Stack

Powered by kodec for trailer rendering, Koder ID for staff and customer accounts, Koder Billing for splits and payouts. One platform, one identity, one bill.

Cinéfilo app Coming

A consumer-facing app where your customers browse showtimes, reserve seats, watch trailers, leave reviews, and follow favorite cinemas — all under your brand.

How it fits your day

From the morning programming meeting to the last session of the night.

Morning — program the week

Drop films into screens with drag-and-drop. Cine reads historical attendance and suggests slot changes that lift occupancy.

  • Multi-room visual scheduler
  • Demand forecast per slot
  • One-click distribution to all sales channels

  • Sub-second seat locks across channels
  • Pix, credit, debit, voucher, fidelity points
  • Offline-first counter mode (syncs when network returns)

Common questions

If yours isn't here, reach out.

Is Cine for big chains or small cinemas?
Both. Cine scales linearly from a single-screen art-house cinema to a 50-screen regional chain. Pricing is per-screen, so a single-screen cinema pays a fraction of what a multiplex pays.
What happens when the internet drops?
The counter and kiosks run in offline-first mode — sales continue on the local node, seat locks are reconciled when the network returns. Daily reconciliation reports flag any conflicts (rare in practice).
Can my customers buy tickets through your app?
Yes. The Cinéfilo consumer app (in active development) lets your customers browse showtimes, pre-book seats, leave reviews, and follow your cinema — published under your brand, your colors, your name.
What's the pricing model?
Monthly subscription per active screen. No setup fees, no per-transaction commissions, no surprise charges. Tiered features (basic, pro, enterprise) for multi-cinema chains and advanced reporting.
How does migration from Vista or spreadsheets work?
Guided import of historical sales, schedule, and customer data. We run Cine in parallel with your current system for 2-4 weeks before cutover, so you can verify reports match before going live.
What about content rights and DCP delivery?
Cine handles everything that happens in your cinema; content licensing and DCP delivery remain with your distributor of choice. Future releases will integrate with major distributor portals to automate ingestion.
